Reiki I is the basic 'hand on' form. This is a wonderful tool for anyone, no need to be in a healing profession (though it compliments any modality). You will learn the history & principles of Reiki, will be initiated or 'attuned' to Reiki, and learn how to treat yourself & others.
It's ideal to receive a Reiki session a few days prior to initiation, which can be scheduled remotely with another practitioner or myself.
Reiki 1 Class Format:
- Friday evening: 6:30-9 check in, Energy clearing and 1st initiation
- Saturday: 11-4:30 (2-3: practice session)
- Sunday: 1-3:30
Preparation and Supplies:
- Reiki 1 handouts (pdf)
- 2nd student or volunteer client to receive Reiki session
- Laptop or tablet to participate via Zoom
- Massage table or bed/couch for session
- Watercolor paper (can be from a pad) and paint, colored pencils or markers
- Ribbon or string and clips
Your investment:
- $150 individual, bring a friend $135 /each, Youth: $100
