Flower Essence Bouquets & Sprays


 Flower Essences are elixirs which utilize the energies of earth (flowers), air, fire
(sunlight) & water. Fresh flowers are infused in a bowl of fresh water for several
hours on a sunny day. The resulting liquid is preserved using alcohol, then diluted
into 'stock' or 'dosage' bottles. (alcohol free options available in dose bottles) The
energy of the flowers is tapped, not the fragrance!

 A 'lighter touch' than tinctures or homeopathy, flower essences can be used by
anyone to assist in well being & growth. Flower remedies self adjust, if one is
'incorrect,' it simply has no effect.  They enhance positive qualities, & aide you in
releasing behaviors that no longer serve your highest good.  These remedies are
not medications for physical ailments, though they can support physical healing, &
are compatible with traditional & conventional medical treatments. As always,
consult a physician as needed!

 I began making essences in 1991, upon my move to Breitenbush Hot Springs, &
concurrent with becoming a Reiki Master. Over the years I have found them to be
helpful both in times of stress & in enhancing my health, & love finding new ways
to use them!

 Here are some of the Sacred Flame bouquets; any can be ordered in a dosage
bottle or as a spray. Add a few drops to juice or tea, splash some in the bath, add
some to a room spray, . . .  Individual essences & personalized bouquets are also
available.  A common suggestion is to take ~ 4 drops, 4 times daily, 'till you start
forgetting to take them.  Enjoy your journey with the flowers.
